Factory Audit with India Client for Nickel Alloy Plates

Focus on Manufacturing Process & Facility Inspection for Plate and Seamless Pipe Production:

    This week, our company welcomed the Quality Control (QC) Manager from our key Indian partner for a special on-site factory audit. Centering on our core product, plates and seamless pipes. The audit comprehensively and meticulously inspected and verified our standard production procedures and supporting production facility compliance of the two major product lines.

    During the audit, the customer went deep into the production workshop to inspect core production procedures of plates and seamless pipes. The key inspection contents included the standardization of production processes, the operating status of production equipment, and the configuration of factory supporting facilities. Meanwhile, the customer focused on verifying core quality control documents such as calibration records and inspection reports of all production equipment, and comprehensively checked key links including equipment precision control and traceability management, ensuring that all production equipment consistently meets international production and quality standards.

    Our company’s technical and production team accompanied the customer throughout the audit process. Targeting the key inspection points, we comprehensively introduced the overall factory production layout, the configuration of various production and testing facilities, and the standardized production processes of plates and seamless pipes. In addition, we elaborated on the specific models, rated capacity, operating parameters and daily maintenance system of core production equipment, fully demonstrating our standard production procedures and quality management system.

    This overseas factory audit fully reflects our commitment to standard industry practice, strict quality control and product quality. Through in-depth on-site communication and verification, the customer spoke highly of our mature production technology, complete facility supporting system and rigorous quality control procedures for plates and seamless pipes.
