Indian Client Visit Strengthens Strategic Partnership in Special Alloys

JIANGSU, China – Recently, a Customer  from India visited the manufacturing base of Shanghai Phoenix Alloy Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Xinhua Alloy Co., Ltd., for an in-depth technical tour and discussion. This visit highlights the growing recognition of Shanghai Phoenix Alloy's expertise in the global high-performance special materials market and marks a solid step toward a long-term strategic partnership.

The clients toured key production facilities with great interest. In the melting shop, they were particularly impressed by the core Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) and Electroslag Remelting (ESR) duplex process, acknowledging its critical role in achieving superior alloy purity and microstructure control. Further technical exchanges covered the Argon Oxygen Decarburization (AOD) process for large-volume stainless steel production, with the clients expressing strong confidence in the company's stringent quality management from the initial melting stage.

The tour extended through the forging, ingot, bar, strip, and wire shops. Witnessing the complete production chain—from large-scale forging to precision wire drawing—the delegation gained a concrete understanding of the integrated "Melting – Forging – Rolling – Finishing" capability, reinforcing their trust in the company's capacity to meet diverse and demanding specifications.

A key topic was the ongoing project for high-specification Hastelloy C-276 (Alloy C276) sheets. Leveraging the client's Shanghai office, both parties efficiently advanced technical and commercial discussions for the current order and explored frameworks for a stable, mutually beneficial long-term cooperation.
