API 6A Conducts On-Site Audit and Inspection at Our Facility

We are delighted to share that today we had the privilege of hosting a representative from Jay Steel Corporation, a globally recognized manufacturer of flanges, fasteners, and fittings, and a trusted stockist for Nickel Alloys, Nimonic, Duplex, and Super Duplex Steels. The auditor, an API-certified professional, visited our facility to conduct a thorough evaluation of our manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and material traceability procedures.

The audit was extensive and meticulously covered several key areas of our operations:

· Production Lines and Manufacturing Processes: The auditor closely examined our state-of-the-art production lines to ensure that our processes comply with industry best practices and maintain consistency in product quality.

· Calibration Reports: All measuring instruments and production equipment were reviewed for proper calibration and verification, ensuring that our operations meet stringent standards for precision and reliability.

· Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Our NDT procedures, including ultrasonic testing, were evaluated to verify the integrity and performance of critical components.

· Chemical Testing and Material Verification: Our chemical testing protocols were scrutinized to confirm compliance with specifications, ensuring that every batch of material, including high-performance alloys, meets the required standards.

During the audit, the Jay Steel Corporation representative requested a 3.2 Inspection Certificate for our Inconel 625 Round Bar, demonstrating the importance of traceability and quality assurance in high-performance nickel alloys. This inspection report reflects our commitment to delivering materials that consistently meet the technical and regulatory requirements of our customers.

Beyond auditing, the visitor also expressed interest in sourcing additional nickel-based alloys from our inventory, including Hastelloy C276, Monel 400, and other specialized grades. This collaboration underscores the growing demand for high-performance alloys in critical industrial applications, and we are proud to be a reliable supplier for these materials.
