Jiangsu Xinhua Factory Holds Special Meeting -Focus on Dual Guarantees of Heat Prevention and Production Safety

Recently, our Jiangsu Xinhua Factory organized an important meeting to conduct in-depth discussions and make deployments on key issues such as heat prevention and cooling measures, as well as work safety in lean production. The aim is to safeguard the health of employees and enhance production efficiency.

At the beginning of the meeting, in light of the current high-temperature weather, the factory placed great emphasis on the importance of heat prevention and cooling work. It required each department to reasonably adjust work schedules to avoid operating during high-temperature periods; install additional ventilation and cooling facilities in workshops to create a relatively comfortable working environment for employees; and ensure an adequate supply of heat-relief beverages and medicines to ensure that employees can work in good condition.

In terms of lean production, the meeting specifically highlighted the significance of the standardized use of labor protection supplies. Labor protection supplies serve as the first line of defense for work safety. Each department needs to strengthen training and supervision to ensure that employees wear and use them correctly. Additionally, the meeting reviewed the work safety procedures, identified potential safety hazards, and improved emergency plans, striving to minimize the incidence of safety accidents and lay a solid foundation for the stable production of the factory.
