Joining Hands with India's JSW, Alloy 690 U-Bend Tube Order Successfully Passes Inspection!

Last week, a team of inspection experts from our important partner – India's JSW Group – arrived in Shanghai to conduct the pre-delivery inspection for the order of Alloy 690 U-Bend tubes manufactured by our company. This inspection process was successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for our future collaboration.

Rigorous Inspection Process:

The JSW inspection engineers demonstrated exceptionally high professional standards while performing comprehensive and meticulous checks at our facility, which primarily included:

Visual Inspection: Verification of the surface finish, smoothness of the U-bend sections, and confirmation of any potential damage or defects.

Dimensional Checks: Random sampling to measure key dimensions, with a particular focus on wall thickness in the U-bend areas.

Material Verification: On-site rapid material analysis using a Portable Spectrometer (PMI).

Sample Retention:Random selection and on-site cutting of tube samples for subsequent analysis.

Performance Testing: Hydrostatic tests performed at specified pressures on randomly selected products.

Outstanding Inspection Outcome:

The batch of products excelled, passing all inspection items successfully. The order has been approved and is scheduled for shipment according to plan.
