SULZER's Asia-Pacific Delegation - Deepening Strategic Cooperation in High-end Nickel Alloy Materials

On Thursday(April 24th), the Asia-Pacific technical audit delegation from SULZER, a leading company in the global fluid engineering field, visited our company to carry out a one-day supplier qualification audit and technical exchanges. The audit focused on the compliance assessment of the production system of Inconel 625 (N06625), Inconel 825 (N08825) and other high-end nickel-based alloy plates and strips, and reached a number of cooperation consensus on the topics of intelligent factory construction and whole-process quality traceability.

In the technical exchange session, the audit team launched a systematic review of our quality management system (QMS) based on international standards such as ASTM B443 (nickel-based alloy plate standard) and ASME Section IX (welding and brazing assessment code):

Documentation system: focusing on the verification of the completeness and traceability of technical documents such as process documentation (PWI, Process Work Instruction), welding procedure specification (WPS, Welding Procedure Specification), first article inspection report (FAI, First Article Inspection) and so on.

Process control: data comparison for core process parameters such as N06625 alloy solution treatment temperature uniformity, N08825 strip grain size control (rated at 5-7 according to ASTM E112);

Laboratory capability: verify the calibration records and MSA (Measurement System Analysis) reports of testing equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer (OES, Optical Emission Spectrometer), Metallurgical Microscope, etc., as well as confirm the key performance validation processes such as Tensile Test (according to ASTM E8 standard) and Hardness Test (according to ASTM E18 standard).
