Sulzer's Strict Audit Promotes Quality Upgrade and Builds a Strong Foundation for Cooperation
In order to deeply integrate into the global strategic supply chain system of Sulzer, our plant was subjected to a comprehensive audit covering the dimensions of production process, quality control and environmental compliance. The technical team focused on the automated control system of the melting workshop, the stability of the heat treatment process and the accuracy of the finished product inspection, and highly appreciated the factory's investment in the construction of the digital quality traceability system in recent years. The two sides reached an agreement on future cooperation in the customized supply of high temperature alloy materials.
Precise Matchmaking Demand: Inconel 625/718 Becomes the Focus of Cooperation
The visiting Indian customer is a leading enterprise in the field of automation controllers in the Indian oil and gas industry, and its core demand focuses on high-temperature nickel alloy rods, casing and precision hollow rods and other key components. In the technical exchanges, the customer focused on our factory: Inconel 625 (UNS N06625) and Inconel 718 (UNS N07718) two main grades of chemical composition control accuracy, hot processing window parameters and resistance to intergranular corrosion performance data, and focused on the factory's vacuum induction melting (VIM), vacuum oxygen decarburization (VOD) and electro slag remelting (ESR) three major The plant also focused on the three core processes of vacuum induction melting (VIM), vacuum oxygen decarburization (VOD) and electroslag remelting (ESR). After technical discussion and capacity evaluation, both parties reached a preliminary consensus on the customization of grades and delivery schedule for the first batch of orders.
